Shipping policy

We utilize UPS, USPS Priority and UCL as our shipping couriers. Shipping times for ground shipments take between 1-6 business days. Shipping time for USPS Priority takes between 3-5 business days. If you need your package sooner, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.

Shipping Schedule & Order Cancellations

All orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm PST.  For expedited orders, customers must be ordered before 10am PST. Once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel the order. 

Address Corrections & Lost/Stolen Packages

All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier's standard. M&M Handbags, Llc. reserves the right to charge up to $10 for any address correction or forwarding address that is different from the original address on the invoice. 

M&M Handbag, Llc is not responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking system of a chosen shipping courier shows that the package was delivered. Please choose a shipping service with signature confirmation if you believe that it is unsafe to leave the package unattended.
