Return & Exchange Policy:
M&M Handbags, Llc wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are offering you our 15 day Return Policy. We stand behind our products 100% and offer you the option of returning or exchanging items that you find to be defective. Any claim for defective items must be reported to us via email or by phone, within three business days after you receive your order in order to receive a return label. You should provide us with company information, invoice number and reason for return/exchange. We do not accept any claim request for defective merchandise for items that have been used or damaged or for any other reason. Please note that credits due to out of stock items will be credited to your credit card. Credit for returned items can be used as credit for future online orders or a full refund minus original shipping charges. We reply back to all requests for credits, within 2 business days.
NOTE: Our return policy is primarily meant for the rare case of a manufacturer's defect, i.e., something that is out of the control of both M&M Handbags, Llc and the customer. We cannot accept returns because you were unable to sell the items! Also, we will compare any return requests to your customer history to determine the validity of any claim. In some special cases, M&M Handbags, Llc may refuse a return if it seems that foul play has been used or that an unusual amount of claims have been filed for a given customer. This is to protect us against dishonest parties.
